While watching the nightly news recently, it suddenly struck me that there's no going back.
There was a sadness to that realization ... though we live in a free country, our children will never know the freedom for
which our forefathers gave their lives. Washington, D.C., New York City, and other cities around the world now have
unpresidented security systems that would have been labled as "sci-fi" only a generation ago. Airports around the world
now have armed guards ... these definately are perilous times!
So where do we go in a time of peril? We run to the High Tower! And Who is that High Tower?
2 Samuel 22:2-3, "... The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
The God of my rock; in him
will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour;
thou savest me from violence."
Psalm 144:1-2 "Blessed be the LORD my strength which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight:
My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower, and my deliverer; my shield, and he in whom I trust;
who subdueth my people under me."
So welcome to HighTower! We're glad you're here. We'll minister the Word of God, prayer, provide
encouragement. We absolutely believe in miracles ... we've personally experienced so many of them! We'll
